Funeral services for Brandon Douglas Allums, 32, of Coushatta, LA will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, December 6, 2013 at Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Chris Westbrook officiating and Bro. Gregory Hurst assisting. Interment will follow in Social Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 P.M. until 9 P.M. Thursday, December 5, 2013 at the funeral home.
Brandon was born October 20, 1981 in Shreveport, LA and passed away December 3, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Leon and Betty Allums; maternal great-grandparents, L.C. and Clarice Davis and Ella Mae Hickman; and paternal great-grandparents, A.D. and Ila Mae Nixon.
Brandon is survived by his wife, Toie Allums of Coushatta, LA; one son, B.J. Allums; two daughters, Madelin Allums and Kelcee Allums; mother, Charlene Bowers and husband, James of Ruston, LA; father, Ricky L. Allums and wife, Linda of Coushatta, LA; two brothers, Ricky D. Allums and wife, Melissa of Coushatta, LA and John McKay and wife, Stephanie of Shreveport, LA; three sisters, Jennifer King of Coushatta, LA, Bridget Frady of Aiken, SC, and Valerie Bearden [Cousin] of Coushatta, LA; maternal grandfather, Robert D.
