She came to Van Horn County Texas with her sister Eunice also a nurse and brother Dr. Earl Roasberry. They came and opened a T.B. Sanatorium in what had been the old Espy Hotel. The Dr. being a arrested T.B. patient him self. After Dr. Roasberry health failed he moved to El Paso Texas and lived there a short time before moving home to Ohio where he and his brother, Dr. Morriss, operated a hospital until his death on Dec 9, 1949
