Isbell, Freeman Albert age 92 of Montevallo, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2011 in Birmingham, AL. Mr. Isbell was a longtime Truck Driver and member of Bethel Baptist Church in Pea Ridge, AL. He was preceded in death by his wife, Fay R. Isbell; daughters, Judy Wright, Shirley Marie Isbell, Joyce Saxton, Jackie Jacobs, and Mary Jane Armstrong.
His surviving relatives includes a daughter, Jo Dawson (Rev. Stan) of Montevallo; sisters, Hazel Wright of Cahaba Heights and Mary Keef of Wilsonville; brother, Herbert Isbell of Alabaster; thirteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; also many nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at Rockco's Chapel from 6 to 7PM, followed by a Service honoring his life at 7PM. On Wednesday, September 21, 2011 a graveside service will be held at the Forest Crest Cemetery- Irondale. Rev. Terry Palmer and Rev. Stan Dawson will be officiating Mr. Freeman's services.
