Daughter of Anna Christina Featheringham Fothergill Pritchard and George Myers, adopted by William Fothergill; four siblings. Married Albert Grant Hainzal 01 Jan 1913, one daughter, Leona Pearl Hainzal.

Obituary:
"Mrs. Ethel Fothergill Hainzal, 65, of 116 16th St. S.W., died Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in the Massillon City Hospital following a long illness. She had been in the hospital for six months.

Mrs. Hainzal, a life resident of Massillon, was a member of Grace United Church of Christ.

An active clubwoman, Mrs. Hainzal was president of Auxiliary No. 11 to the CIO, national vice president of the Ladies Auxiliary to the CIO council, and a member of the Daughters of St. George, Daughters of America, Protective Home Circle, and the Women's Democratic Club.

Her husband, Albert G. Hainzal, died last February.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Elsworth Blair, and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Hainzal, Mrs. Arline Sense, and Mrs. Irene Evrit, all of Massillon.

The funeral will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Gordon-Shaidnagle-Hollinger funeral home. The Rev. Paul B. Kiewit, pastor of Grace Church, will officiate. Interment will be made in the Massillon Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home tonight from 7 - 9 and Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m."
