NEELY, SR., BILLY WAYNE 69, of Hayden, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2012. He was born in Jackson, TN on Sept. 2, 1942, and had been a resident of Hayden for the past 22 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Phillip Love Neely; mother, Lucille Velma Davis; brother, Robert Gerald Neely; and grandson, Kristofer Leon Gable. Surviving are his wife, Martha J. Neely; children, Roy "Scooter" Bracewell, Malissa "Sissy" Gable, Billy Wayne Neely Jr., James "Jamey" and Miranda Neely, Gary and Tabitha Woods; 14 grandchildren, Michael Lee Gable, Johnathan Dewayne Neely, David Alan Bracewell, Martha "Niccol" Gable, Breanna Neely, Evan Entrekin, Ariel Paige Kent, Austin Lee woods, Megan Lenora Kent, Taylor Marie Neely, Sabrina Lynn Woods, Heather Renee Woods, Bailey Allen Neely, Beau Zane Neely; great grandchildren, Gabriel Lee Gable, Arionna Mashay Gable, Kristofer Leon Gable & soon to be, Billy Bob Gable.
