William L. Amos 71, formerly of 334 Barnes Ave., died at 7:40 pm Thursday at Mercy Hospital in Columbus. Born February 12, 1904 in Ross County, he was the son of Edward and Daisy (Saltz) Amos. Survivors include 4 daughters and 2 sons, 9 grandchildren; one sister Mrs. Ellen Walisa of Circleville, and one half sister Mrs. Josephine Thompson of Obetz. One half brother Herbert Seymour of Columbus. One son is deceased. The funeral services will be held 1:30 pm Monday at Wellman Funeral Home with the Rev. Willie Haddox officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home beginning 7 pm Saturday.
