Funeral services for Corona Barr Bordelon will be at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 19, 2009 in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Fr. Jack Michalchuk officiating. Entombment will be in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Dupont, under the direction of Melancon Funeral Home, Bunkie. Mrs. Bordelon, age 84, of Bunkie passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2009 in the Bayou Vista Manor Nursing Center. She is survived by her husband, Rhine Bordelon of Bunkie; one daughter, Janiece B. Jeansonne and her husband, Cleveland, of Bunkie; two grandchildren, Ann G. Soileau and her husband, Brian, of Bayou Chicot and Vinvcent Guillory, Jr. and his wife, Chris, of Atlanta, GA and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Melancon Funeral Home from 5 pm - 9 pm today, Monday, May 18, 2009 with a Vigil for the Deceased at 6 pm and from 9 am - 10:45 am on Tuesday, May 19, 2009.
