"Patsy J. Michaels, of San Simon died December 12, 2013 at the age of 81. She was born near Georgetown, Texas on June 9, 1932 to James Gunn and Lucille Kirkpatrick Gunn. Patsy was a talented artist and painter, enjoyed fishing with her husband Bill and had a great love for flying, and was a license pilot. She was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church in San Simon. Survivors include her sons James Argyle Michaels (Jennifer Skiles) of Big Springs, Texas and Mark Michaels (Shelley) of Bonita, Arizona. Her grandchildren Joshua, Madison, Maycee and Patsy Michaels all survive her. Preceding her in death was her husband Bill Michaels. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at the First Southern Baptist Church in San Simon. Burial will follow in Homewood Cemetery in San Simon."
