Louie was the s/o Louis Rienzi and Patsy (Wolfe) Rienzi. Louie was born with a handicap; but this didn't stop him from being a known figure in Visalia. He was known for riding his red beach cruiser around town with his long orange flag and stopping at most of the south side fire stations. He was loved by many. At his untimely death, Louie had a funeral precession led by the VFD with his bike strapped upon one of the fire engines. RIP Louie
