Survivors include his wife, Gayla Ballew; son, Jeremy; daughter, Jessica; grandchildren, Christopher, Janice, Faith, Bailey and Braydan; brothers, Rick, Joe and Mike Ballew. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., on Monday, April 6, 2009 at the Southpark Funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 7, 2009 in the chapel of South Park Funeral Home. Interment will be in the South Park Cemetery.
