She was born May 17, 1946 in Washington County, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Thomas Anderson and Florence Riggs.
Margaret worked at Belco Works and attended Tomorrow's Corner Day Program in St. Clairsville, Ohio before she retired.
She was an ornery lady that would giggle and laugh often. She loved to sit in her room with her pet canary and listen to country music while she looked at magazines.
Surviving are her brother, Richard Riggs and her extended family at the Pineview 1A Group Home in Belmont.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until time of service at 3 p.m. with Rev. Jerry Wenger officiating.
Burial will be at Oakview Cemetery in St. Clairsville.
