Hallanah was born July 17, 1970, in Orange, California. She attended Estrella Mountain Community College, where she was studying to be a teacher. She was a member of the Rock Church in Goodyear, AZ.
Hallanah and her children are survived by husband/father, Tim of Phoenix, AZ; one stepdaughter/stepsister, Tyler of San Diego, CA; mother/grandmother, Donna Connelly of Garden Grove, CA; two sisters/aunts, Samantha Heflin of Orange, CA., and Sharon Sjeie of New Zealand; and one brother/uncle, Michael Connelly of Brainerd, Minnesota
