Linda Sue Barnello, 69, of Baldwinsville, passed away Thursday at University Hospital at Upstate surrounded by her family. She was born in Syracuse and was a life resident of Baldwinsville. She worked for Byrne Dairy for 20 years where she was the vice president of Store Operations. She was a communicant of St. Stephen Roman Catholic Church in Phoenix where she taught CCD. She was predeceased by parents, Mildred and Doc Hughes and grandson, Dennis Barnello. Linda was devoted to her family especially her husband, David of 51 years; three sons, David (Sigrid) Barnello of Fort Walton Beach, FL, James Barnello of Fulton and Jeffrey (Kristen) Barnello of Avondale, PA; two daughters, Lisa (Jay) Moss of Liverpool, NY and Jennifer (Kerry) Barnello-Ford of Baldwinsville; a brother, Lyndon (Pawn) Hughes of LaVista, NE; a sister, Barbara (Kevin) Pendergast of Saugerties, NY; 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews including Brandon and Ryan Pendergast. Calling hours will be Sunday, December 22, 2013 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners,, 3541 Route 31, Baldwinsville. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Monday, December 23, 2013 at the funeral home with burial to follow in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Contributions may be made to the Baldwinsville Ambulance Corps.
