Inurnment will be held on December 30, 2013, at Montecito Memorial Park.

Barbara passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, December 13. She was 75 years old. She was born in San Bernardino on September 9, 1938 to her parents, Jay and Gladys Cooper. She had three children, Steve Meyer ( preceded in death ) , Lee Ann Rigby of Highland, and Rob Rigby ( Jackie Rigby) of Fontana. Other survivors include 2 brothers, Johnny and Eddie and 4 sisters, Carol , Joanne, Sondra and Susie. 7 Grandchildren, Josh, Nichole, Brandon, Robby, Mikey, Justin, and Dori. 7 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild. Barbara loved her family and all the many animals she had throughout her precious life. Barbara , Mom, Gram , and Grammy will be missed. Grave site services will be held at Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 E. Washington St. in Colton on Monday December 30, 2013 at 1:00 P.M.
