I sent you the very extensive research paper disproving what is on this site. There is also no evidence that she is buried at that cemetery. At that time people were buried on their family farms. Please make the changes I have I suggested based on the primary sourced research paper. She was NOT Scottish nor connected in any way to Scotland. That was fabricated by June Bork in her books The Burnetts and Their Connections. Thank you in advance for making the changes

Lucretia & John were actually buried on the Burnett Family Farm, as was all of the family. Lucretia's birthdate is approximate based on when her husband purchased land in Old Rappahannock County, VA.

Last Will and Testament of Lucretia Johnston Burnett

In the name of God Amen, I Lucretia Burnett of the Parish of South Farnham and County of Essex, widow, being of sick and weak of body, but of sound mind and perfect memory, praise be given to the almighty God for the same and calling to remembrance in certain estate of this transitory life and that all flesh must yield unto death when it shall please God, do make constitute and appoint this my last Will and Testament. In manner, form, revoking and annulling by these presents all and every testament or wills by me here to fore made declared either by word or deed and this be taken only for my last will and testament, no other, first being sorry from the bottom of my heart for my sins past. Most humbly desiring forgiveness for ye same I give and constitute my soul unto the almighty God, My savior and redeemer in whom by all merits, Jesus Christ. I trust and believe assuredly to be sound and to have full remissions and forgiveness for all my sins and that my soul at the general day of resurrection shall rise again with joy and through merits of Christs death and passion poses. And enjoy kingdom of heaven prepared for his elect chosen and my body to the earth from whence it was taken to be buried in such a decent christian manner as to my executor hereafter named shall be thought meet and convenient. And now for the settling of my worldly estate and such goods and chattels and debts as it hath pleased God far above my ----- to bestow on me. I order give and dispose in form following that is to say first; I will that all debts and duties that I owe in right or conscience to any manner of person or persons whatsoever shall be will and truly contented and paid or ordained to be paid within convenient time after my decease, by my executor hereafter named, I give and bequeath unto my eldest son, John Burnett, 2 pewter dishes, 2 of my hammered plates and one of my tankards, my table, my largest roan colored ox, my sorrell mare, branded "B" and 3 ells of fine linen. I give unto my son, John Burnett one shilling sterling money. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sara Bell, 3 pewter basins, 2 tin milk pans, and my brass kettle, my 2 smallest pots and hooks belonging to them and hangers and my copper sauce pans and brass skillets, my pewter chamber pot, and 2 pewter tankards, my best frying pan, 1 box of iron and the heaters, 2 wheat sifters and a meal sifter, 1 flock bed and bolster, my 2 worst rugs and 4 of my wearing blankets and 1 set of my smallest Linsay Woolsey curtains, also my canvas bed- I also give unto my daughter Sara Bell, all my readymade clothes, as gowns, petticoats, shoes, stockings, etc., but none of these clothes that formerly belonged to my daughter Phebe Burnett. I also give and bequeath to my said daughter Sara Bell, 1 new holland shift also 10 ells of fine linen, also my great red ox and 1 cow called "Cherry" and her yearling, also my pigs and shotes, be they more or less except my largest Barrow hogg, also my black mare called "Binney", also my Indian corn and meat that I have provided for this years provision. I also give to my daughter Sara Bell and her husband Thomas Bell, all the debts that either or both of them owes me, whether it be money, tobacco or anything else. I frankly give and forgive them the said debts. I give and bequeath to my daughter Sara Bell one shilling sterling money. I give and bequeath to my daughter in law, Amy Burnett my Tamarine gown, petticoat, my muslin headdress with the narrow lace and yellow top knot, one new fine shift, one new fine apron and handkerchief, and 1 pair of sleeves. I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter Mary Curran, my Damask gown and 7 yards of stiff for petticoat, 1 pair of paragon bodies that were formerly my daughter Phebe's, 1 muslin apron and sleeves, 1 new holland shift, 1 laced handkerchief, 1 headdress and black hood with a yellow top knot, also 1 pair of laced shoes. I give and bequeath to my grandson Charlie Burnett, 1 shilling sterling silver. I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter Lucrece Bell, one 3 yr heifer called "Pink" and all her female increase, the male increase until my foresaid granddaughter comes of age to fall her mother Sara Bell. Also one whole suit of decent parrel. I lastly give and bequeath all the rest of my estate whatsoever in goods, chattels and debts and legacies are paid to my son Thomas Burnett Jr, my whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament and my desire is that my estate be not brought to appraisement. In witness, I have here unto inter changeably set my hand and affixed my seal, this seventeenth day of June Ammo Domini 1709.
