He worked for the San Antonio Health District as an inspector for 25 plus years and was a member of the St. Benedict Catholic Church in San Antonio.
Eugene is preceded in death by his wife Helen on December 31, 1995 and one brother.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
