He was survived by his wife, Alice (Richards) Blystone; a son, Charles T. Blystone, Jr and his wife, Rebecca, of Enterprise, Fla.; a daughter, Marcie Bentz and her husband, Michael, of Scottsdale; three brothers, Arthur Blystone and his wife Barbara, of Latrobe, Harry Oaks and his wife, Mary Grace, of Spring Hope, N.C., and William Oaks and his wife, Debbie, of Salem, Ohio; two sisters, Bonnie Protz and her husband, Michael, of Johnson City, Tenn., and Garnet Citeroni and her husband, Robert, of Blairsville; four grandchildren, Cara, Lara, Mariah and Monica; two aunts; and a number of nieces and nephews; and a brother-in-law, Howard Keefer.
