Lafayette- Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM, Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2006 at the Fountain Memorial Funeral Home Chapel for Dwayne Jude Bordelon, 56, who passed away Sunday, Nov. 5, 2006 at a local hospital.
Interment will follow services in the Fountain Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Father Jerry Mesley, Associate Pastor at St. Edmond Roman Catholic Church of Lafayette will conduct the services.
Mr. Bordelon was a native of Moreauville, LA and had been a resident of the Lafayette area since 1972.
He is survived by his two daughters; Jenine B. Ayo and her husband Paul and Layne Bordelon all of Lafayette; his mother, Malena B. Bordelon of Moreauville, LA; one brother, Gerral Bordelon and his wife Gay of Lafayette,LA; sisters, Christine Guillory and her husband Jim of Grand Coteau, LA and Vickie Arnaudville and her husband Ronald of Bordelonville, LA.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lincoln Bordelon.
Fountain Memorial Funeral Home Chapel from 4:00PM till 9:00PM Tue. Nov. 7, 2006 and will resume at 8:00AM Wed. Nov. 8, 2006 until service time at 10:00AM.
A rosary will be recited at 7:00PM, Tue. Nov. 7, 2006 in the Fountain Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
Pallbearers will be Scott Bordelon, Kayle Guillory, Ronald Arnaudville, Jr., Jimmy Tarbell, Jr., Curley Terro and Paul "Gaynell" Bordelon.
