ROBERT LOGAN CARTER, 33, of Los Angeles, formerly of Tampa, died Thursday. The cause of death was unavailable. A native of Daytona Beach, he had resided in the Bay area for 20 years. He was a makeup artist and of the Protestant faith. He is survived by his parents, Howard and Bess of Tampa; one brother, Frank of Tampa; and two sisters, Marthel Piniella and Mary Ladato, both of Tampa.
