Funeral Services for Pastor Constance "Connie" Flint, renowned radio personality of Praise 97.5 and Pastor of Truth Evangelistic Ministries, of 544 Julius Drive, Stone Mountain, Georgia were held on Friday, May 11, 2007, 11AM at Saint Philip AME Church, 240 Candler Road, SE, Decatur, Georgia.

The Rev. George Moore, Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. William E. Flippin, Sr., Eulogist. Interment followed at Washington Memorial Gardens. A musical celebrating the life and legacy of Pastor Flint was held at Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church, 1879 Glenwood Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia.

Pastor Flint is survived by one daughter, nine sisters, seven brothers, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Published in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on May 10, 2007.Radio personality, program director; born to the late Mr. And Mrs. Willie and Henrietta Render II, a native of Georgia. Connie's passion was in radio. She began broadcasting in the early 70's; her format was Jazz, R&B to Gospel. She was called to the ministry in 1987 and ordained in 1989. She started as an Evangelist in her home church, Lilly Hill Baptist Church. 2002 she served as Program Director, announcer and became part of the Praise 97.5 FM family. Her motto "I Can Do All Things Through Christ Which Strengthens Me!"
