Anna G. Throne YORK- Anna G. (Roche) Throne, 93, died Wednesday May 12, 2004 at Manor Care South. She was the wife of the late George W. Throne, who passed away April 12, 2002. They had been married for 44 years. Born in York on December 1, 1910, Anna was the daughter of the late Stephen B. and Blanche A. (Gallagher) Roche. Before her marriage, she had been employed at the York Hospital Dietary Department and at York Children's Home in York. She was a member of St. Patrick Church, Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus 1530 and the Ladies Catholic Benevolent Association. Anna is survived by nieces and nephews. A viewing will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick Church 231 S. Beaver St. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery. The John W.
