Sister Beatrice entered the Religious Teachers Filippini in 1931, received the habit in 1936 and made her profession of vows in 1939. She was a teacher of upper grades, she taught at St. Mary's of Mount Virgin School in New Brunswick, Our Lady of Mt.Carmel in Orange, N.J. Sacred Heart School in Clifton, St. Ann's in Raritan and St Joachim's in Trenton. She was also assigned to Holy Family School in Nutley. She also taught in schools in Conn. and Ohio. Sister also taught in St. Anthony's in Union City and St. Gabriel's parish in Saddle River. She received a bachelors degree in elementary education and did master's work courses in administration and supervision of elementary education at Seton Hall Univ. in South Orange. Sister retired to Our Lady Queen of Peace Convent in Maplewood, N.J. a few years ago. Suriving is a sister Ann Grochowski.Sister was predeceased by her sister, Sister Grace Ferrazzano, who was also a member of the Religious Teachers Filippini. Agnes, Filomena, Rose Bearlepp, Marie Marino, Celeste Miele,Frances Guillermain, Dominick, Michael,John and Peter.
