Edward F. Prudhomme Sr. on Thursday, December 13, 1985 at 1:15 a.m. Husband of the late Eugenie Mercedes Prudhomme. Father of Edward Prudhomme Jr. Brother of the late Lambert P. Prudhomme Sr. and Joseph Edmund Prudhomme. Son of the late Joseph Lambert Prudhomme and Marie Louise deBritton. Also survived by 3 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Age 86 years. A native of New Orleans and a resident of Metairie for 28 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Leitz-Eagan Chapel, 4747 Veterans Blvd near Clearview on Monday, December 16, 1985 at 10 a.m. Interment in St. Louis Number 3 Cemetery. Parlors will be open from 7 until 10 p.m. Saturday.
