Elsie Maude Cunigan, age 83 of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2013 at Baptist Health-Corbin. She leaves behind six children, Freddie Vaughn, Larry Vaughn, both of East Bernstadt, Curtis Vaughn, Linda Cawood and husband Jeffrey, both of London, Lonnie Cunigan and wife Melissa, Randy Cunigan and wife Eugina, both of East Bernstadt; two brothers, Lee Vaughn of London, Russell Vaughn of Corbin; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lathie Vaughn & Martha Adams Vaughn; three sisters, Pearl Fredricks, Viola Inman, Marie Goforth; two brothers, Raymond Vaughn, Albert Vaughn; and one grandson, Timothy Dewayne Vaughn. Funeral services for Elsie Maude Cunigan will be conducted on Monday, December 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Bro. James Allen and Pastor, Gary Lady officiating. Burial will follow at Upper Colony Cemetery. The family of Elsie Maude Cunigan will receive friends after 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at House-Rawlings Funeral Home.
