Raymond L. "Ray" Worthington, age 81, of Lewisville, passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at his home. He was born November 16, 1932 in Lometa, Texas to Marion Dennis Worthington and Annie Lorene Conradt Worthington. Ray served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and was stationed in Alaska. He married Wilma Fay Locker on October 21, 1955 in Bowser, Texas. Ray was a member of the Church of Christ. He will be most remembered as Lewisville's "mowin' man", as he did the landscaping for many residences and businesses throughout the years, making yards beautiful and many friends along the way.

Ray is survived by his wife, Wilma Fay; three sons; eight grandchildren; and a niece. He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Jackie Doyle Worthington and John Anthony Worthington.
