Police Chief's Father-in-Law Dies - Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow in Mountain View for the father of Mrs. Floyd E. Drake, John Long of Mountain View, who died here early yesterday after a brief illness. He was 84. Mr. Long, who lived at 823 El Monte Ave., in Mountain View, was visiting his daughter here when he became ill. Mr. Long, the father-in-law of Alameda Police chief Floyd E. Drake, had lived in Mountain View since 1922. He operated a realty office there until his retirement some 15 years ago, and managed a filling station 30 years ago. He is survived by his daughter, Mrs. Floyd E. Drake of Alameda. The Rev. Howard P. McConnell will officiate at funeral services at 3 p.m. tomorrow at the Hays Mortuary in Mountain View.
