Sylvia Waunelda Flatt of Tuskahoma, Oklahoma, passed away
Saturday, December 28, 2013 in Antlers, Oklahoma at the age of 81. She was born August 8, 1932 in Clayton, Oklahoma to Ralph and Allie Louvina (Hatcher) Jameson. She married Jack Jerrell Flatt on January 7, 1951 in Clayton, Oklahoma. Sylvia enjoyed gardening, canning and fishing. She loved spending time with family especially her grandkids. She is preceded in death by her husband Jack Jerrell Flatt; parents Ralph Jameson Sr. and Allie Jameson; brothers Ralph Jameson and Delbert Jameson. She is survived by son Gerald Wayne Flatt of Antlers, OK; son Gary Neil Flatt of Viola Rica, GA; grandson Scott Dwayne Flatt of Stillwater, OK; granddaughter Stacey Diane & husband Christopher Nixon of Stillwater, OK; granddaughter Andrea Michelle & husband Alvin Hickman of Stillwater, OK; granddaughter Ashley Nicole Flatt of Stillwater, OK; great-granddaughter Shayden Nixon; great-granddaughter Kinley Nixon; great-grandson Chase Flatt; great-grandson Cole Flatt; sister Dolores & husband Larry Yetter of Fallbrook, CA; sister Wanda & husband Bobby Weatherford of Tuskahoma, OK as well as numerous nieces & nephews and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held at Sardis Community Center in Clayton, Oklahoma at 2:00pm on Saturday, January 4 with Gary Fuller officiating. Pallbearers include: Sammy Stephens, Dean Post, Earl Garrison Jr., Jim Blair, Gary Davis and Ray Hembey. Interment will follow at Sardis Cemetery in Sardis, Oklahoma. Arrangements have been entrusted to Burkhart Funeral Service of Clayton, Oklahoma.
