SULPHUR-Bobby C. Foy, 72, died Monday, December 30, 2013, in his home.

Bobby was a Lake Charles Native and lived in Sulphur for 11 years. He attended Truth Apostolic Church in Sulphur. He was an avid LSU fan and collector. Bobby loved his family.
Survivors include his loving wife of 11 years, Charlotte Foy; children, Leslie Balderama of Vidor, Donna Gayle Foy of San Antonio, Angela Carole Mount and husband Tracy of Lavernia, Texas, Vicki Lynn Foy of Vidor, Bryan Woodrow Foy and wife Terri of Cibolo, Texas, and Holly Christian Foy of Floresville, Texas; brothers, Glen Orville Foy and wife Patricia of Lake Charles, Micky Foy and wife Debra of Lake Charles and Dean Anthony Foy and wife Darlene of Michigan; sister, Connie Erwin and husband Graylan of Ruston; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild on the way.
His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Rev. Bob Stark, and Rev. Lloyd Parker will officiate. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery
