She married Charles Clarence Kunkel on 4 Aug 1925 in St. Josephs Catholic church in Detroit, Michigan. Father Linderman officiated. The Kunkels had 6 children: Elaine, Dorothy, Nancy, Kay, Connie, and Tom. Dorothy was killed in a tragic accident at 18 months. Tom died of leukemia at 64 years of age. The family home in Rosedale Garden, Livonia, Michigan, was where Mary drew her last breaths. She died of Colon Cancer at the age of 94. We will never forget our mother and think of her everyday.
