He married Frances and they had two daughters, Carol Beth and Bonnie Joy BJ. Frances died at a young age, leaving Thor to raise his daughters . Thor was the President of the family business, Alexander Parlor Frame APF. He lived in to his nineties and lived his last days, in a nursing facilities, in Naperville IL
