He was born in 7-28-1927 in Mars Hill, the son of Milton and Alma (Ritter) Allen. He is survived by 3 sons, Derek and Peter allen both of Mars Hill, Wade Allen of Limestone, a daughter, Dawn Kinney of Blaine, 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Margaret wise of Canandaigua, NY. and Audrey Greene of Houlton. He was predeceased by 2 sisters, Barbara Hoyt and Phyllis Shambo. Burial Smith cemetery.
