Died 5:25 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, 1994, at Lane Memorial Hospital, Zachary. She was 83, a native of Brookhaven, Miss., and a resident of Baker. Visiting was held at Welsh Funeral Home, 6700 Florida Blvd., 5 to 9 p.m Thursday. Visiting at the funeral home 8 a.m. until religious services in the chapel at 10 a.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Bill Bolton. Burial in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by two daughters, Irma P. Hall, Gloster, Miss., and Agnes Walker, Clinton; seven sisters; a brother, 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 24 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Dan Peacock; and a daughter, Minnie Farris. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church.
