Born April 4, 1951 in Baltimore, Md., Barbara was the daughter of the late Anthony and Agnes (Knudsen) Dell'Acqua. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, New Freedom and was formerly employed as an information specialist at York Hospital. She enjoyed gardening, loved going to the beach, and was an avid reader.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Lisa A. Bryson and her husband, Robert of Levittown, Pa. and her son, Robert G. Kosko, Jr. of Ashburn, Va. She was the sister of the late Mary Ann Pence and Elizabeth Ann Dell'Acqua. Gianna D 2015
