Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Steed-Todd Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ran Loy officiating. Burial will be at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis.
Mrs. Miller was born May 4, 1930, in Clay Center, Kan., to Merna and Virgil Haws. She married Robert D. "Bob" Miller, who was in the military, and she spent 30 years as a military wife living in Indiana, Germany, California, Alaska, and New Mexico.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years; two sons, Robert Miller Jr. of Lodi, Calif., and David Miller of Saugus, Calif.; three grandchildren; two great-grandsons; and a sister, Elizabeth Kent of Spanaway, Wash.
The family suggests memorials be to the American Cancer Society.
