Myrtle is survived by her children George Fracisco of Benicia, Mary K. Kuhl of Pinole, William Fracisco of Benicia, Edward Fracisco of Benicia, Ronald Fracisco of El Sobrante, step-son Michael Latsch of Long Beach, Ca., brother William Bissett of Oakland, 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and many relatives & friends.
