Cecelia Myrtle Latsch born March 24, 1924 in Berkeley, Ca. passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2005. She was 80 years old. Myrtle was a homemaker, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed. Myrtle is survived by her children George Fracisco of Benicia, Mary K. Kuhl of Pinole, William Fracisco of Benicia, Edward Fracisco of Benicia, Ronald Fracisco of El Sobrante, step-son Michael Latsch of Long Beach, Ca., brother William Bissett of Oakland, 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and many relatives & friends.
