Beatrice J. McCulley Allen, of Muscatine, died Tuesday, May 18, 1999, at her home.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home, Muscatine. Burial will be in Muscatine Memorial Park. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Beatrice Plank was born Sept. 18, 1923, in Rock Island County. She married Robert McCulley in 1940. She married Alton "A.C." Allen in 1975. A memorial fund has been established.
Survivors include her husband; daughters, Dixie Palmer, Morning Sun, and Theresa Palmer, Afton; stepdaughters, Alice McWilliams, College Station, Texas, and Kathryn Howell, Springfield, Mo.; sons, Robert McCulley, Grandview, and Clarence "Butch" McCulley, Columbus Junction; a stepson, Jack Allen, Lake View, Calif.; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Bernice Miller, Manning.
