1993 - 2013

Levi Alfred Waltene Barnes, 20, went home to be with the Lord December 25, 2013. Levi enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and swimming. He was always known for being outgoing, helping others, and for his big grin. He participated in ROTC at Tate High School, Cantonment, FL, and later graduated from Lexington, TX in June 2013. He planned to further his education at NWFSC in Ft. Walton Beach, FL, in January 2014.

Levi is survived by his mother, Angela Jackson Cook, two sisters, Ellaura Ramsey and Marianne Cook; two brothers, David Cook and Dale Cook, all from Pensacola, FL; grandfather, Gregory Waltene Jackson, Lexington, TX; grandmother, Nancy Yarboro, Jonesboro, AR; uncle Gregory Lee Jackson and great aunt, Diane Jackson Siegel, both of Lakeland, FL, as well as many cousins, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be Friday, January 17 at 1:00 PM followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00, at Levi's Church, Olive Baptist, in Pensacola. Family-Funeral & Cremation is handling arrangements.
