Andrew is survived by his parents, Kenneth V. and Brenda L. Crockett, brothers Kenneth C. and Jason V. Crockett, grandparents Verdell and JoAnn Crockett, sister-in-law Rebecca Crockett, nephews Samuel Andrew, Tyler Charles, Joshua James, and Colton Ford Crockett, and by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services: Viewing will be held at the LDS Meetinghouse at 1115 E. Ray Road, Chandler, AZ, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, January 10, and from 9:00 to 9:45 AM on Saturday, January 11. Funeral Service to be held at 10:00 AM at the same location.
