FLOYD W. JOHNS, 61, of Tampa died Sunday at Tampa General Hospital. A native and lifelong resident of the Tampa Bay area, he was a licensed practical nurse and a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 25, American Legion Post 252 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4321. He is survived by his wife, Emogene; four sons, Floyd W. Jr. of Mansfield, Ohio, Ronald E. of Tampa, Steven J. of Simpsonville, S.C., and Kevin D. of Augusta, Ga.; two daughters, Connie Lilly of Apollo Beach and Shawnda M. of Tampa; one brother, Percy L. of Temple Terrace; two sisters, Edna T. Williams of Fort McCoy and Doris M. Summers of Spring Hill; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. F.T. Blount Co., Nebraska Avenue Chapel.
