Richard C. Abrahamson, 75, died June 6, 2001. Born in Rock Island, Ill., he lived in Spring Valley Lake for seven of his 46 years in California. He was formerly employed by Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a contract administrator. He was a veteran of the Navy, member of Spring Valley Lake Fishing Club, Foothill Funseekers, R.V. Club, Iowa State Bar Association, University of Iowa Alumni Association and member of Jess Ranch Community Church. He is survived by his wife; sons; daughter; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday followed by services at 10 a.m. Monday at Victor Valley Mortuary Chapel in Victorville 15609 11th St. in Victorville, with Pastor Frank Fahnestock officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Hills Memorial Park in Apple Valley. Sunset Hills Mortuary is handling arrangements. From Victorville Daily Press
