She was born April 6, 1965 in Sandusky to James and Collenn (Richards) Smith.
Candy was a 1983 graduate of the Sandusky High School.
She is survived by her soul mate; Paul Carr of Owosso; parents, James and Colleen Smith of Sandusky; brother Lee (Connie) Smith of Sandusky; sister, Gloria (Duane) Jerome of Sandusky; her grandmother, Vera Richards of Sandusky; nieces and nephews, Jordan Jerome, Patrick Smith, Becky Smith, Lucas Smith, Dale Robbins, several aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 20 at 1 p.m. at Hacker Funeral Parlors, Sandusky with Pastor Roger Cleeton, Snover, officiating.
Burial will be in Downing Cemetery, Deckerville.
