Impressive services for A.C.Lodge, retired Burlington conductor, who died Wednesday were held at 2:30 o'clock today at the Kimber and West chapel. The ritual of the B of R.T. lodge, No.24, was read during the service. Rev. N.T. Allen officiated at the last rites and the song service was furnished by Mrs.Helen Carlton Marsh and Mrs. Ruby Stites who were accompanied by Harry Simpson at the organ. A large
number of Burlington railroad trainmen were present at the service to pat their last respects. Burial was in Hope cemetery. [from the Galesburg Register-Mail: Apr 1 1927 (pg. 2)]

Not sure if marker says A Cooper or Cooper A, (listed as A.C. Lodge in IL death and stillbirth index), but usually known as Alexander Cooper Lodge.
