He was the son of Carlos R and Betty (Billet) Zeigler.
Michael attended Bermudian Springs High School and was previously employed at Bowen McGlaughin as a laborer.
Surviving is a son, Ryan Zeigler of New Oxford; one sister, Cheryl Blevins of East Berlin; three stepsisters, Joan Raab of Harrisburg, Velma Altland of York, and Barbara Baublitz of Manchester one stepbrother, Ray Billet of Felton, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
