Ouida Bliley, 75, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord February 4, 2005. She was preceded in death by two sons, Thomas and Bernard. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Charles Bliley Jr.; her children, Charles Bliley III of Union, Ohio, Lillie Knotts of Kitzmiller, Md., Mary Christy of York, S.C., and Teresa Waters of Richmond, Va.; five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Her remains rest at the Bliley Funeral Homes' Central Chapel, 3801 Augusta Avenue, where the family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday, with a 7 p.m. Christian Wake on Monday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Benedict's Catholic Church, 300 North Sheppard St., Richmond, Va. 23221. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Benedict's Catholic Church Restoration Fund.
