The majority of her life was spent on Frost Hill, at the Maki farm and then on the Fournier farm. Her grave stone was placed in the Norway Frost Hill Cemetery next to her husband.
Lillian drove her school bus for Norway Schools and then drove for Oxford Hills Schools SAD17. She then worked nearly 15 years for Wilner Wood Products in South Paris. In 1982 she was proud to receive her GED, having left high school during her senior year.
In 1997 she moved to Michigan to live near her daughter. Her heart was always on Frost Hill. Some of her friends called her "Lil from the hill."
Lillian loved to fish and hunt. She and Lorin's favorite vacations were spent fishing on the lakes of Maine. After Lorin's stroke they enjoyed car trips to Massachusetts and Connecticut and air trips to Oklahoma, Virginia, and Michigan.
Lillian and Lorin had two children and four grandchildren.
