Willie J. Dillard, 55, died at the Irwin County Hospital, June 19, 1960. Funeral services were held at the Church of God with burial in the Whitley Cemetery.
Mr. Dillard was born April 10, 1905 in Tift County, a son of Jim and Viola Coker Dillard. He was an employee of Ocilla Livestock Company prior to his death.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucinda Sapp Dillard; five sons: Wiley and James Edwin, John Kelly, William Franklin and Charles Eugene; three daughters: Mrs. Archie Handley, Mrs. Doris Ray and Mrs. Eugene Terry.
He is survived by four brothers: Jim and Jack Dillard; Charlie and John Dillard; two sisters: Mrs. Bill Baker and Mrs. Lorene Walker; and eleven grandchildren.
