LANGILLE, Elsie H. - 93, Willow Lodge, Tatamagouche, entered her home of eternal rest on May 12, 1997, in the lodge. Born in West Tatamagouche, she was a daughter of the late Charles Humberstone and Agnes Aitchison (Clark) MacEachern. She was a homemaker and an active member of her community. She was a member of Bayhead Union Church; life member of the UCW, and a Sunday school teacher. She is survived by her daughter, Jean (MacAulay)(Mrs. Ralph Ferguson), Sydney; grandson, Dr. Ralph Angus Ferguson and wife Shelley, Toronto; granddaughter, Alanna (RN), Halifax; great-grandson, Angus Ferguson; brother, Harold MacEachern and wife Joyce, West Tatamagouche; sister, Irene and husband Maurice Hickey, Halifax; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Angus MacLeod MacAulay; second husband George E. Langille; sister, Jean in infancy; brother Wilfred, beloved grandson, Richard. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Coulter's Funeral Home, Tatamagouche. No visitation by request. A service of remembrance and celebration of her life will be held Thursday, May 15, at 2 p.m. at Bayhead Union Church, Bayhead, Colchester Co., Rev. Beth Johnston officiating. Burial in Bayhead Cemetery. By request, memorial donations may be made to Bayhead Union Church or to the favourite charity of the deceased, the Schizophrenia Society of Nova Scotia.
