OBITUARY
BURLINGTON - Evelyn G. Maley (nee Sharp), in her 94th year of age, died Monday, May 13, 2013, which is her deceased husband, John Maley Sr.'s birthday.
Born in Trenton, she resided in Bordentown City for over 60 years and most recently at the Masonic Home of New Jersey.
Evelyn was a parishioner of St. Mary's Church and a member of St. Mary's Senior Citizens Club. She retired from the State of New Jersey Treasury Department after 40 years of service.
In addition to her husband, Evelyn was predeceased by her sisters, Mary S. Rhodes, Anna Alper, Bertha Kintner and brothers, Joseph and Harold Sharp. Evelyn is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen and John Schweppenheiser Jr. of Tabernacle and son and daughter-in-law, John Jr. and Susan Maley of Mansfield. She is also Nan to grandson, John III (Robin) Schweppenheiser; granddaughter, Karen (Gregory) Lospinoso; granddaughter, Kimberly (John) Mioduszewski; granddaughter, Melissa Maley and grandson, Patrick Maley.
Nan also enriched the lives of four great-granddaughters and one great-grandson. They are Madison (15) and Logan (12) Lospinoso, Emma (7) and Robert (5) Mioduszewski and Alexandra Schweppenheiser.
On this day after Mother's Day we remember Nan as one who could take the place of all others, but whose place no one can take. Thank you Mom and Nan we love and miss you.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday May 16, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 45 Crosswicks St., Bordentown. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday evening from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. with services at 8:30 p.m. and on Thursday 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Bordentown.
