Bessie May Kemplin Allen Deskins was my Grandmother. She and my Grandfather George Washington Allen were the parents of my father Roy C. Allen (1918-1997)&

Claude Swanson Allen(1916 – 1967);
Helen Louise Allen (1921 – 1993);
Hazel Bessie Lucille Allen (1924 – 2000;
Bruce Allen (1925 – 2003)
Georgia Christine Allen(1927 – 1984)
She married Hiram Deskins and had the following children: Donald Ray Deskins (1930 – 2005) and Shirley Jean Deskins Evans.Grandma lived in WV & KY areas all her life until in later life she moved to Maryland to be closer to her children.
