Peacefully at home, Thursday May 30, 1991, Vincent Greenwood, in his 99th year, beloved husband of the late Madeline Hawkins, loving father of Mable McCrae and her husband Mark, of Wolfe Island; Marion O'Shea and her husband Tim, of Wolfe Island; and Naomi Dunkinson and her husband Jim, of Kingston; and predeceased by daughters Lucille Mosier and Julia McAllister, and Vincent Greenwood Jr. and Gerald Greenwood; son of the late Thomas Greenwood and his wife Sarah Kelley, dear brother of Louise Payne and Madeline Lacey and predeceased by Ettie, Casey, Maggie, Stella, Minnie, Hattie, Lalia, Norman, Howard, George, Jimmy, Leonard, Oral and Bert; sadly missed by his 26 grandchildren and his 44 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Home, 49 Colborne Street (at Clergy) from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday. Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church, Wolfe Island, Saturday June 1, at 11 a.m. Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery, Wolfe Island. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Wolfe Island Medical Centre or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by his family.
